Cancellation/Return Policies
1. Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders placed & delivered in India):
You can cancel an order up to 48 (forty-eight) hours after placing it. You can write to our customer support team on kejaldaddia.art@gmail.com or reach out to us through the contact form on our website.
2. How will you get refunded for orders cancelled within this time frame and how long will this process take?
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be transferred back to you within 5 to 7 (five to seven) business working days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
In case of cancellation after 48 (forty-eight) hours of placing the order, we process 50% (fifty percent) of the purchased price.
3. What happens if I want to cancel an order after it has been shipped?
In such cases, the customer is liable to wait till they receive the product, then initiate a return process within 24 (twenty-four) hours. They shall incur the return shipping charges at their own expense, and then follow the refund policy laid down for returns below.
4. What if you used discount vouchers during time of payment and you had to cancel your order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENT & REFUNDS:
1. How do you return an item purchased by the buyers?
Indian Orders:
Kejal Dadia Art offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 (twenty-four) hours of its delivery. The steps for the same are as follows:
· STEP 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (kejaldadia.art@gmail.com) within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the order.
· STEP 2: Provide us with your Order ID details and your request to return/replace your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
· STEP 3: You shall return/exchange the product at your own cost and time, which shall be initiated within 24 (twenty four) hours, if the refund/exchange order is accepted. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and product codes intact.
v International Orders:
Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns].
If a return is accepted, Kejal Dadia Art will replace or refund the damaged / defective / wrong product. In either case, the additional customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer, subject to the customer providing a copy of the customs receipt.
NOTE: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount in the form of the credit note. Kindly refer to the next question for exclusions to refunds.
2. Which are the items that cannot be returned / exchanged?
v Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
· Product is damaged due to misuse / overuse;
· Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged;
· Product Number is tampered with;
· Product is used or altered;
· If request is initiated after 24 (twenty-four) hours of the day of order delivery;
· Free product provided by brand.
v Categories eligible for Return:
The following table contains a list of products that are eligible for returns as per the seller’s Returns Policy:
· Product that is soiled, or stained while delivering the same; and/or
· Damaged Product received.
NOTE: For certain marketing campaigns or mega sale periods, special return / exchange / refund rules may apply. Information regarding this is visible on the promotion banner. For any clarification, please feel free to contact our customer care.
3. You have received a damaged or defective item / wrong product in your order, how should you proceed?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our studio. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement and cancellation or refund.
If you have received an item in a damaged / defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the order:
· STEP 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (kejaldadia.art@gmail.com) within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the order.
· STEP 2: Provide us with your Order ID details and your request to return/replace your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
· STEP 3: You shall initiate a return shipping by yourself, and provide an expense receipt for the same to us. Kejal Dadia Art shall bear the return shipping charges only for damaged/incorrect goods received by you. We will initiate the refund (including the return shipping charges) or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and product codes intact.
NOTE: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount in the form of a credit note.
4. Do you have to return the free gift when you return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
5. Can you return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
6. How will you get a refund for the returned orders and how long will this process take?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our studio.
· For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the credit note shall be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5 to 7 (five to seven) business working days of us receiving the products back. It may take 2 to 3 (two to three) additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
· In addition you can choose to opt for & use a credit note on www.kejaldadia.com for any future purchase.
